Two new examples added. The first is a mass transfer
example, showing the evaporation of water. The second

BFlow v0.30 released. Many improvements:
- mesh can be locally refined to improve quality
- Boundary conditions can be linearized
- Improved updating of field values
- Lookup tables improved
